Gartner Magic Quadrant for CRM Customer Engagement Center

Once again, Gartner has positioned Microsoft in the Leaders Quadrant in the 2017 Magic Quadrant for CRM Customer Engagement Center, based on its completeness of vision and ability to execute in the customer engagement centre market. Gartner notes that “Supplier positions in this Magic Quadrant reflect the growing demand for cloud-based customer service applications to support customer engagement through multiple channels, including those powered by AI.”

Gartner Magic Quadrant for Sales Force Automation

Once again, Gartner has positioned Microsoft in the Leaders Quadrant in the 2017 Magic Quadrant for Sales Force Automation, based on its completeness of vision and ability to execute in the customer engagement centre market. Gartner “continues to see product innovation from SFA suppliers in relation to opportunity predictive analytics, business process modelling functionality and vertical-specific functionality. These are not yet core SFA functionalities, but they are likely to be central to SFA products in the next two to five years.”
