Get started with the preview of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Remote Assist for mobile devices

Dynamics 365 Remote Assist for Android mobile devices now in public preview.

To use the preview of Remote Assist for mobile devices, you’ll need:

  • An Android device with ARCore support.
  • A Google Play account.
  • A Microsoft Teams desktop client running Windows 10. (Remote Assist uses Teams to place the video calls that connect technicians and remote experts. Teams may be available as a free download for some users.) Download Teams
  • An internet connection. (For the best experience, Microsoft recommends at least 1.5 MB of bandwidth.)

Once you’re ready, download the Remote Assist app on Google Play.
